GORKHS is an AI workspace for customer messages and business actions.
Business account
Connect only channels and business data that you are authorized to manage.
AI disclosure
Customer replies may be prepared by AI. In Supervised or Autopilot mode, verified routine replies may send automatically; configured approval and handoff rules still apply to orders, refunds, and exceptions.
Business actions
Orders, refunds, custom work, and other consequential actions should remain reviewable. Do not grant GORKHS authority for final decisions without appropriate safeguards.
Acceptable use
Do not use GORKHS to cause harm, commit fraud or illegal acts, or violate another person’s privacy.
