What we keep
Messages received from a connected channel, approved product media, customer details, product matches, orders, automation reasons, and team actions are kept for operations and audit.
Playground data
The guided conversation on the homepage stays on that page. Nothing typed there is sent to a social account or turned into a customer profile.
Business isolation
Each workspace is isolated through owner-based access controls. A user without a role in a business cannot read its customers or orders.
Retention
Automatic conversation cleanup is off by default. Owners may choose 30, 90, 180 or 365 days for eligible resolved conversations. Order-linked conversations and unfinished or uncertain work are excluded. Customer records, products and orders remain until separately deleted or their owning account is closed. These controls are unavailable in the public sample workspace.
Your control
Settings provides workspace export and account-closure requests. An accepted closure revokes sessions before retryable cleanup of solo-owned businesses. Shared businesses require review first. A minimal cleanup receipt is kept for 30 days. Deleting GORKHS data does not recall messages or remove copies held by external channels.
