Here are the fastest checks for channels, products, and replies.
Instagram will not connect
Check that you selected the correct business account. Re-authorize Instagram access, then refresh the connection from Channels.
A reply has the wrong price or stock
Update the item in Catalog. GORKHS should answer from verified business data and must not invent a missing value.
The wrong product photo was selected
Check that the catalog has an approved image for the exact product and colour variant. Without an exact match, GORKHS should clarify or hand the conversation to your team instead of sending a substitute.
A reply paused before sending
Check whether human handoff is active. Custom work, refunds, complaints, or unclear messages are paused for a teammate.
Why is TikTok not connected?
TikTok Business Messaging requires platform approval. Once access is available, the channel can be connected from Settings.
